Included are such diverse topics as astronomy, electricity, sound and music, energy, light, magnets, simple machine, structures and shapes, and space. Each Unit is composed of background information, lessons emphasizing hands-on problem solving, reproducible student activity sheets, and links to relevant reference materials. The Units were designed to complement student tours of the Canada Science and Technology Museum, but they are standards-aligned for use within most K-8 curricula.
