This workbook of conceptual exercises covers the material from introductory physics. It is written to help students understand important physics concepts and principles and to help them develop the problem-solving skills needed to solve conceptual exercises consistently and correctly. Each chapter examines a different topic and has three different types of conceptual exercises, "Conflicting Contentions" tasks, "Qualitative Reasoning" tasks, and "Can You Explain This?" tasks.
